Though I cannot guarantee availability all the time, outside of occasional prior obligations, I try to be as accessible as possible. Unless I am in an appointment, I will answer the phone between 6 am until roughly 6 pm Mon-Fri and 6 am until 5 pm Sat-Sun (conditions and circumstances change due to COVID-19 and availability is more limited). I will do my very best to accommodate you – even for same day and emergency appointments. Unless my outgoing message says otherwise, I try to save time in the very early morning for pets who take a downturn overnight.
I do my best to answer each call myself at the time, but I do not put clients on hold or answer phones while attending families. If I am unavailable, you may be routed to speak with my understanding support team. Please leave a message with your name, number and address and I will respond as soon as I can. If your concern is urgent, it is best to call. Use email or the contact form below if you would like to discuss your pet’s situation by phone later and have some questions (I do not provide consultations by email.), but you are not in need of immediate attention.
